Capture issues with Sony HDV and iMac/Premiere CS4?!?
I’m trying to capture some footage from my Sony HVR-Z7E HDV Camera onto my iMac (intel, snow leperd) through Adobe Premiere CS4.
The problem is that the camera isn’t appearing in the devices list as a camera, only as a playback device…
So, I can use the camera controls to control the timecode, but I’m not getting any footage through?! HELP!!!!
Mandy – I should have added, the preview shows my webcam, and only shows the webcam as a device on the drop down option. Theres no option available for the camera in the drop down list either…
Try posting your question in the Adobe forum. Someone there will be able to help for sure.
